- Plumbing, gas fitting, and drainage
- Checks of all taps and drains for leaks/improper fitting
- Bathroom/Wall/Ceiling finishing (trims, plastering, painting)
- Power point function/safety checks
- Lighting assessment
- Water pressure assessment (including time to deliver hot water to master bathroom, if available)
