Property Inspections:
We offer two types of property inspections, based on a comprehensive inspection of details:
- A verbal report, given onsite, on completion of the inspection, based on notes made during the inspection, with particular issues pointed out. This can be upgraded to a written report on request.
- A formal written report, which also includes photos of general state of the property, and each room, and additional photos highlighting particular issues identified.
In addition, we can also provide a quick report, highlighting issues observed from a short visit. This can be upgraded to a full building inspection for the difference in price.

- Summary report covers issues identified and recommendations

- Full descriptive written report (Delivered within 48 hours of site visit)

- Quick Report (Time on site up to 45 minutes, checklist of issues found provided as PDF next day)

Travel time within San Miguel de Allende and neighbouring areas is included (including Zirandaro).
